Some devices, usually mobile devices (for example - apple iPhones and iPads), are unable to download mp3's from the link provided when an mp3 recording is purchased. Unfortunately this is out of our control. If this is the situation you find yourself in here's what you can do.
1) Get to a computer. Download the mp3 and email it to yourself as an attachment. Your device will most likely then be able to play the mp3.
2) email us here CONTACT PAGE and we will send you the item as an attachment as soon as possible.
