Rob Greenfield - Founder

The Accompaniment Company was founded and created by Rob Greenfield in 2014. Rob earned a degree in Piano Performance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996. Since then he has worked in the classical, rock, and jazz genres as performer, accompanist, composer, arranger, and copyist. After playing for many students and professionals at yearly contests and recitals, he believes starting this website will benefit teachers, students, and professionals alike.  

The goal of this company is to provide singers with tools that are valuable and helpful. Ideally, this site can be a kind of "one stop shop" for individuals looking for a song to study and perform. By using the information and samples available for each song, singers can know before making a purchase if they enjoy the piece. From that point, they can find the proper key for their vocal range and type. After using our materials to study a song, the singer will be prepared to begin rehearsal with a real pianist. We do not wish for our materials to be used for performance, only for learning. We believe firmly in the value of live performance, where all sounds are being produced by a real human being :-)
